CB Built, LLC is a Billings Montana based licensed General Contractor focusing on the preconstruction and execution of projects for P3 Coleman. Luxury residential and affordable multi-family housing, as well as light commercial construction are among the innovative, high-profile projects that CB Built prioritizes.

Founded in 2022 by Jim and Kelly Coleman, along with Conner Bokma, CB Built prides itself on being a contractor that focuses on quality work and high character in its interactions with customers, trade partners, and the communities in which it works in.

Our approach toward projects is to continuously push the standard of what is widely recognized in the market and thinking outside of the box in terms of our construction practices, design standards, and our delivery of projects. By thinking this way – we have allowed ourselves to bring new and unique concepts and products to the communities in which we build and to the projects in which P3 Coleman is associated.

Conner Bokma

Conner is a Montana State University graduate with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology, and a co-founder of CB Built, LLC. Before his time with P3 Coleman and CB Built, he’s had stops building luxury hospitality and commercial projects in the Gallatin Valley of Montana, as well as luxury custom homes in the Treasure Valley in Boise, ID. He has a strong passion for building – structures, communities, and relationships with those he works beside.

His passion for real estate, development, and construction stemmed from his time growing up on the family farm in Denton, MT – where the value of land goes beyond the dollar, and he is committed to developing and building in communities in a sustainable and long-term approach because of this. Conner appreciates and enjoys the process and problem solving that is associated with the development and construction industries, as well as the interaction with the community that is involved. Conner is joined in life by his best friend and wife – Ashley Bokma.
