We have a passion for creating communities within communities and growing the towns we live in. We strive to offer amenities that take advantage of and co-exist harmoniously with the amazing areas we call home. We like to offer something different in our communities – whether it be luxury villas, community centers, state-of-the-art bridges, or natural walking paths. We think of a truly amazing neighborhood that everyone would love to live in, then we bring it to life!

We have 30 years of collective real estate knowledge. In addition to our ventures in real estate, we own and run an oil and gas exploration and production company and are involved with other entrepreneurial investing opportunities.

Our real estate endeavors have been growing over the years. We currently have two subdivisions in Billings, Montana and two subdivisions in the Sandpoint, Idaho area. The two geographical locations are completely different and our communities reflect and respect the differences.

Our Montana subdivisions are in the biggest metropolis in the state home to strong hospitals and growing school districts. Our Idaho subdivisions are small hidden gems in the trees in the beautiful pan handle of Idaho near Priest Lake, Priest River, and Sandpoint. These two subdivisions, with their natural beauty, smaller local communities, and unique attributes, are truly near and dear to our hearts.

We are really excited and thrilled to be growing P3Coleman Property Development and we look forward to both residential and commercial future projects.

While we consider both places home, we reside in Billings, Montana with our three beautiful children.
